I purchase a set off living room sofa and love seat on 28th Feb 2013.Was delivered the same day at 10.30pm the love has some scratch on it also the legs can not fit in it.

The driver was unable to take it back that night and promise to bring another the next day. When they did not show up the next day I called spoke to the sales person mr Julio, he promised to send it the next day, there was no show I keep calling him everyday and he keep promising. Then on11th march I called and spoke to the manager, he too make the same fake promise.

I have being there more than three times still no show.I need someone to help me about this case.

Monetary Loss: $950.
